Well, I once got a PUI, "pushing", out of gas, trying to push the car to the station, maybe 300 yards away. I was doing it too.
Symptom 1, handcuffs
Symptom 2, a ride to jail
Symptom 3, a night in jail
I deserved it I think, I was 25 or so and stupid. And Lucky.

First he will bypass to court contained in the city or county the position he violated the regulations and better than probable do time in reformatory for that DUI. And no he wont get any leeway because DUIs are the most hardship-free offense for protection stress. no longer in hardship-free words that yet each and every time till now a weekend or vacation the military has a protection briefing that's an excellent reineration of dos and dont with rigidity on alcohol suitable incidences. the military is going to grant him better responsibility and a piece of writing 15 that's lack of rank, pay, and privilege which comprise leave. even as what the military does is as a lot because the commaders discretion, that's the probable mission till your chum is an exceptional soldier. yet when you consider that hes probable a shitbag he may also get chaptered out which he advantages because he might want to of knocked off that bullshit and decrease ties with those varieties of people even as he raised his hand.

You will be Taken right off to jail. Your car will be towed away. And license taken away. Not to mention a high fine. Car insurance will go up. You will have to take drunk driving course and also most states require you take counseling all which you will pay for.. Ouch. think designated driver!
And drunk drivers kill on the highways you have to live with that all your life!

Since I hold a CDL, I would face the following. First I would loose my driving privileges, then lose of my job, then it would stay on my license permanently, which would make it harder for me to get a good driving job.
