It would depend upon how much you drink.
Yes, alcohol depletes your body of B vitamins as well as dehydrates you (which is essentially what a hangover is)
My boyfriend is 39, works out regularly, eats well, takes his vitamins .. does triathalons and also manages to enjoy a few cold beers and a few mojitos here and there
Nothing, in moderation is a bad thing - A few drinks here and there in the midst of a healthy lifestyle is not a bad thing
Heavy drinking in the midst of a sedentary lifestyle laden with junk food with the absense of good vitamins.. not such a good thing

I would say it depends one how much a person drinks. One glass of wine(especially red) for women, and two glasses for men a day is thought to be beneficial to the heart and circulation, (except of course if the woman is pregnant, in which case she should abstain from all alcoholic beverages.) However, if you are talking about heavy, regular consumption of alcohol, it is true that vitamins and minerals are depleted from the body.

Yes it can affect how the body absorbs certain vitamins but that only happens when someone is drinking very heavily. If alcohol is taken in moderation it is actually quite beneficial to health.

What's the alternative? Eat healthy food & vitamins + drink alcohol or eat crappy food & no vitamins + drink alcohol.
The healthy food and vitamins make it better overall.

such as you, there are various culmination and vegetables I dont like, the two via fact of texture or flavor and my medical doctors suggestion replaced into > eat fairly some what you do like and luxuriate in them. ingesting must be a delightful adventure and to illustrate, i hit upon ingesting 2 tomatoes greater relaxing than a tomato and a plum (yukk) and get the comparable reward! There are no longer any wellbeing reward to ingesting fairly some diverse vegetables. it is quantity no longer type that concerns. attempt to have a mix of root, leaf and legumes(peas, beans and so on) as properly via fact the culmination you do like and attempt ingesting them in diverse procedures. i do unlike cooked cabbage case in point yet I do like it uncooked that's fit besides. Make a salad out of your favourites and serve alongside your significant meal! solid luck and stay no longer in basic terms healthful yet chuffed!

Yes. While you might not be at your physical peak, imagine that same person without any health investment at all. That person would just be going straight down.
