In a case like this I would suggest talking to someone in his family, if you approach them in a candid nonoffensive manner they should be understanding and help with the problem. If they don't or get agressive towards you contact the police. I had a similar situation while in high school and after I talked to the parents it helped a whole lot, just remember that this guy may not be able to see what he is doing is wrong so try to keep your cool with him.

You should tell people about this boy incase you come up missing someday! Then you should go with someone to him and tell him to stop are you will go to the police. If he dosn't stop then go to the police. Just because he has down syndrome dosen't give him the right to do crepie things.

If he is making you uncomfortable talk to his parents and tell them what he is doing and that you dont like it and want it to stop! when it comes to that though I had a really bad stalker and I had to call the police I hope you dont have to do that good luck though

You should have never led him on.

Talk to his parents.

Edit: This is another case of it always being the guy's fault in the girl's mind, even when the guy is mentally challenged. How low can you get?

Hun if he has a medical problem,,maybe you should meet with his parents and explain to them how uncomfortable you are and how much of a problem it is becoming for you,,,maybe they could help,,or give you some in site as what to do.

I would call the police you might be able to get a restraining order against him

You are in quite a dilemma.
I would say block his phone number/don't answer it.
At school, avoid him.
