I would like to download software just to crop my photos and to fix red eye. If you know of any good programs let me know and tell me what they do and where to get them. Thank you.

There's a terrific photo program called "Paint.net" that will do what you want. It's darn near as multi-purposed as a PhotoShop program, and it's totally free. It's available for download at the below link.

The Gimp would be the best that I can think of. http://www.gimp.org/windows/
I won't say it's the same as Adobe Photoshop, but it's a open source competitor and has similar capabilities.
