Easy. To the first answerer.
Change happens around you. You have NO control of it. What you do have control of, is your response to it. You can choose to use it and adapt to it and that is where the Growth comes from. Or you can choose to become bitter and stagnant. That response, in a sense, stunts your growth.

So to the questioner, I am sure you can tell by my answer that I quite agree with this quote. Very good question.

In my humble opinion, I think it's the other way round.You can't do much to stop physical growth, but you can try not to change (well, to an extent, some changes inevitable-like learning to read or to think more deeply)

I disagree. There is a saying that the only thing permanent in life is CHANGE. How could you grow and NOT change?
