I don't think the double rainbow means He wont do destructive fire since it was prophecied the wrath of God for yet in the future on those that destroy His creation.

A donut rainbow is in the shape of a donut (circle). I saw one before in the morning toward the east.

Obviously if God promised not to flood the earth, he lied. For TLC reveals flooding is the most common and most destructive of all natural disasters lately... even though a legend of the flood is the only thing common to man, according to a ww scientific survey.
Perhaps everyone shld re-read the Bible and see God cannot lie, which is to allegory say Grace cannot law, which is why God(Grace) cannot die(law);
Also re-read the flood story to note Noah did both all God commanded and all LORD commanded, which were contrary as 2 and 7, keep seed alive and sacrifice it. And where did such dble get Noah? In hall of shame of Heb 11: these all died and received not the promise.
BTW Wikepedia says: A double rainbow features reversed colours in the outer (secondary) bow, with the dark Alexander's band between the bows.

A double rainbow means that there is a leprechaun kicking God in the shins.
A donut rainbow is the target that God hurls that leprechaun at when He is pis*ed and his shins hurt.

That the angle of viewing is such that there is no ground interference in the refraction pattern. You DO understand, don't you, that a rainbow is merely white light being broken into it's component spectrum by refraction through water vapor? Please tell us you understand this.
