Tofu question?

I love my hot and sour soup with tofu, but my husband won't eat anything with tofu in it. So I need to cut the recipe in half. How do you save a half block of tofu for future use?

Chill it (0 to 7 degrees C) but it will only last for few days.

i dont know how to save the tofu from going bad... but i know that i didnt like tofu... at all ... my wife fried it one nite in some soy sauce and it was FABALOUS.. try another recipe with it an see if he likes it that way.. cant hurt..
