What? Please rephrase your question. Do you ovulating? If yes, you'll know when you are feeling something sticking you in your side. That sticking pain is normally on the right both but you can feel it on both sides. You'll normally feel it before you have your period.

You ovulate about 14 days after the end of your period- taking the average cycle as 28 days. You can by test kits in the chemists if you need to check.

If you mean ovulating there are kits that you can buy from chemists, they work by checking your temperature, there are charts and things too. I think it's about 2 weeks before your period. Your period is NOT when you are ovulating, it is when you lose the egg becuae it wasn't fertilised. Really, this is the sort of question you'd get better answers from googling.
