Here's the problem:
I want to go out with this guy, the only thing is that he's a different race than me and I know that my parents wouldn't approve. But I really like him, what should I do?
I know my mom isn't racist, she just wants to protect me.
What should I do???

I am in the same situation and it sucks. I will never let race effect who I am and its the 21 century so some people have to change.

My parents are like that too and I was in the same situation and I went for it and I don't regret it, but my parents still don't approve and are not happy with it.
