no but it is not appropret to use a church or at school or a job meeting durnk can be used as a bad word but it is not

the word in its self is not but in the personal meaning it is. like you are drunk,or you are a drunk .

depends how you are using it. are you calling some one a drunk or just stating that they are drunk

not if you're using it as a Past participle of drink.

ie. "They had drunk all the milk in the house."

otherwise yeah....nobody likes a slobbering, idiotic drunk.
