I tend to prefer ketchup unless I'm in the mood for something a little spicier. When that occurs, I like to mix ketchup with Tabasco sauce. Probably the best spicy solution without setting your mouth on fire is Heinz chili sauce. It still has that tomato base but it's loaded with flavor. Enjoy!

I like tarter sauce. Mayo is good and mayo and ketchup mixed is good too. I love fries with loads of salt and malt vinegar poured over them. And salty fries and sour cream is something I won't turn away either.
I also forgot that fries and gravy are good good good also. And fries in a good quality barbeque sauce.

A ketchup and mayo mix, McDonald's hot mustard sauce, or Burger King's onion ring sauce are all good on fries.
