your in the army reserves and you get called to go to war?

I know that if your in the Army or Navy or Marines or Air Force and you get called to war than you can get out of your lease but I'm not sure if that applys to being in the army reserves, but you can always call the company that you lease with and asked them. You will not have to pay anything to get out of it either if your able too. Well, atleast I know that through Ford Credit, I did not have to pay any money to get out of my lease.

Send the company a letter and tell them you've got orders to move and you won't be able to pay your bill for an indefinite amount of time. Ask them if you can bring the car back and void the contract. I think that might be in the stipulations, so it shouldn't be a problem. Most companies will understand. The best thing you can do is be honest and tell them what's going on. They might want someone else to pay your bill for you though....

dont know maybe contact the company you have it leased with if a statement in your lease doesnt express anything about being called to duty

you can void it but there are peniltys and early termination fees so you would have to contact your dealer
