I don't hink men find it any harder to say than women. I think it's a personal issue, and if an individual doesn't feel comfortable saying something it's because they don't mean it. How do you know this man doesn't feel comfortable saying it, maybe he just isn't ready, there's a difference.

Why do the words matter so much. Some guys say it three or four times a day to three or four different women and don't mean it all. Other guys go months with out saying but everything they do shows that they love and only you.

Truly I don't know, but it might because of pride that makes it so hard for them to say I love you or there just not use to showing emotional feelings.

Probably b/c they don't really feel it or at least don't think they do. I haven't come across any guys that have had a hard time saying it to me, considering, they said it to me almost weeks before I said it to them. But it's serious... many of us cant' say it unless we're sincerely sure that's how we feel.

Most men think they shouldnt have to be mushy for a girl to get it... not all of them but most of them. Others say it because they know its what the girl wants to hear.

Because they're taught/programmed from early childhood that big boys don't cry (crying is a tender emotion)... by doing that, it means they're taught not to express tenderness... & love is a tender emotion.
They're taught to toughen up emotionally... not to express tenderness... because it would make them look like they're weaklings if they do show tenderness... they're under pressure from "tough-guys."
