sorry hon. Once a felon always a felon. Same as me... :-( If you want to vote again some day we are allowed to petion for our rights to be restored once you pay of fines and complete any probation they gave you.
my honest guess though is that you arent really a felon or you would already know all of this...

depends on what you did and how old you were when you did it and how long it has been since then, go to the police station where it happened and ask them to check it they should be able to tell you. If you don't want to go to the police because you might be arrested for what you did or your not sure if you will be arrested for it, your probly still a felon. There are also online sites you can go to. Do a background check but you would have to pay for it.

Once you are convicted of a felony, it is always on yoru record. Some state allow felons to APPLY for an expungement, but that doesn't mean it will be granted.

If you committed a felony and were found guilty, then you are still a felon.

You are.
Register to vote. If you get rejected, and you will, you are a felon.

Whatever State you live in go to www.thestateyouliveindepartmentofcorrections.com put your name in and if you're a felon your name will come up.. Or you could go to a trailer park and fill out a application for free and they will run a check on you and tell you if you can live there or not.. That's how I did it.

Unless you received deferred adjudication, and you were a legal adult, it will always be on your record. Sorry.
