"o-ma-NUT ha-cha-YIM" ha-mer-KAZ ha-yis-ra-e-LI

Translation:
"The art of life" the Israeli Center

Many websites translate are good, however Euro Dict and Babylon for example. As far as English Hebrew Dictionaries, both Amazon and Better World books, have them and they are not expensive Hope this helps
