What profession is somebody in if they have the initials L.I.S.W. after their name? Is this a therapist or a a psychologist?

I'm guessing social worker (S.W) but I've never seen those initials tagged onto a name

LSW is licensed social worker. I have never heard of LISW.Psychologist is usually PHD (doctor of psychology)
