Also try to sit up right and when you sleep try to sleep on a high pillow, it helps stop it getting blocked up.

A simple aromatheraphy...

You need:

1. Kettle
2. Water
3. Bowl
4. Hair towel
5. Eucalyptus Oil

Try this:

1. Boil some water in your kettle
2. Pour it into the bowl
3. Put a few drops of the eucalyptus oil into the hot & steaming water
4. Put your face above the steam and cover your head with the towel so that the steam won't escape
5. Inhale the eucalyptus steam

Good Luck with your nose!

Take a clean white cotton cloth..put salt in it twist it so salt won't come out...dip it in warm water (not hot nor to warm to touch) hold your head back and drip it in your nose snuff it..the water will clear the blockage and the salt will help dry the nasal passage to prevent mucus build up that drys and creates the blockage in the 1st place.. It's kinda rugged but it WILL work..done it many times..Good Luck

The old remedy of putting your head over a bowl of hot water with a towel usually works for me, just be careful!

Put Vic across the bridge of your nose

Vic's vapour rub - put it on your chest & let the vapours clear your blocked nose. Don't try blowing your nose hard - you'll give yourself a nose bleed (been there, done that).

Try a hot mustard plaster on your chest. It will clear out your nasal passages.
Also some hot (spicy) foods will do the trick.
