Read the manual, it has to be a way to change it to the regular time...

I have a timex triathalon iron man watch. I=On mine you have to hold the 'set' button until one of the things on the display starts to blink, then use another botton to scroll through which thing you want to change until it gets to 12 hr - 24 hr, then use the other button to change it. Hope that helps but if you have a differnt watch, all watches are designed differently.
