Currently there are some restrictions. Live animals, such as chickens are turkeys can not be brought on, slaughtered and eaten on the plane.

You can bring alcohol as long as it fits in the overhead bin. Otherwise you can bring what ever you want domestically.
Some carriers have their own restrictions flying internationally and its always best to check with each carrier.

Last I heard, nothing unless you bought it AFTER going through the gate. Call the airline for the most accurate list.
