I was in my ex's bed and we were having sex. As soon as I realize it, I told him to stop and tried moving away, he stopped for what felt like a second and eventally continued, I had to stop him about 3 more times before we both turned to sleep. Is this considered rape?

Yes, it is definately rape. You never said that yes, you did want it and more than that, you even said no. And even though after a while he did stop, you had to try to make him stop repeatedly. You were an unwilling member of sexual intercourse, yes, that was rape. Especially if you were drunk because then you were even in a weakened state and he was taking advantage of you.

If you were drunk there is a possibility that you were into it at first, and then telling him to stop in the mid. He wasn't taking you seriously. Plus he was your ex so he probably thought it was OK, which I am in no way saying it was, but you, Key WORD BEING YOU! drank and got trashed. You need to mind what ya do a little bit better and stay out of BAD situations! I wouldn't talk to him anymore at all!

first off your ex took advantage of u because you were drunk. If u was then sober and told him to get off of u in a way it could be rape. Cus if u agreed to it while you were drunk then no it isnt. If you just was drunk walking around etc and he took you in the room and did what he did then yes it is. But back to u was drunk makes matters worst so u might not have a chance

Do not use beer as a excuse.
You did what you did.
Is it worth it to cry rape and ruin a guys life over YOUR getting drunk? (And he is partially to blame too for getting drunk with you)
Our jails are over crowded as it is over girls getting drunk, not controlling themselves, then crying rape to hide their shame.
I am not condemning you, but grow up.
You did what YOU did, if it wasn't him, it probably would have been another guy.

Why was you around him anyways?

And guys, NEVER have sex with a drunk girl and you will never have to worry about this.

Drink less next time.

Yes I think you should talk to him, but I'm not sure you can consider it rape. You asked him to stop and he eventually did, if he hadn't then yes you can call it rape. How did you wind up there to begin with? If you climbed into bed willingly then again no.

WOW...this is why ppl should not drink if they don't know their limit. Was he drunk?...if he was then, that could be another story. But if he was sober that is rape. I ould figure out if he was drinking too, and if anyone else knows about this. get some help.

question1- no i don't think it's considered rape because you stayed there and went to sleep.
Question2- if you do not want anything to do with this man why are you trying to call him and see what went on,i think thats quite foolish.
