Could we have an entire army of invisible extensions thats part of us yet opporate without our conscious mind being aware of them?

That's a very interesting question.... You probably have a separate part of your "soul" or conciousness awake while you are dreaming; that's why sometimes people have trouble remembering their dreams, becuase a different part of themselves experienced it.

yes.

however, this is not considered a favourable state. it leaves one open to sickness of their "bodies" and minds.

if one were to use some sort of splitting technique in a life long past (not the same as an incarnation, for incarnations are in the physical realm), then that life were to end for the centre and not the extremity....

that would be one way for such a situation to arise.

There is one soul, with relfections of it's former bodies.

There is one astral body, which is subject to self image.

There is one material body, at any given time; though we may use many in our existance.

Yet we are all connected through the core. We are united, and apart.
