I sweat a lot, drink a lot of water and let me tell you unless you are into extreme hot conditions 8 glasse sof water a day will bloat yu to no end, and you will continually go to the bath room. If you are into heavy work or exttreme conditions as sports you need to share that volume with fruit juice, or gatorade.(I don't think too much gatorade is good for you either.). I usualy drink about 5 glasses a day in realy hot weathe rand share the load with tea, fruit juices.

I drink 8 glasses a day religiously.
Make water your primary drink, instead of coffee, tea, juice, soda, etc.
Keep a bottle of water in the car or your backpack.
You'll be surprised at how quickly you go through 8 glasses!

It takes a while to condition yourself to drinking that much and not having to pee every fifteen minutes. But working your way up to eight a day can have it's benefits. More energy, easier rehydration and weight loss, for example. And it flushes your system out during your period so not quite as much water is retained and bloating is at a minimum. It doesn't sound like it makes sense but it does.

Yes I usually do. What helps to get that out of the way is I have a water jug that holds 32 oz. I fill it up in the morning and I make it a goal to have to fill it again by the afternoon.

I am not too keen on plain boring water. so here is what i do. it helps me drink a lot more water. I pour myself a half glass of juice (NOT ORANGE JUICE) or nectar and add a half glass of water to it. Gulp it down. it is much less sweet and quite refreshing. Makes you feel that you are doing something to improve your health, without having to tolerate boring water.

No, more like 2 glasses a day. Otherwise I find I have to take too many trips to the bathroom.

no, i dont, generally i tend to forget, though i know its essential for health, however try keeping a glass of water at your table (work or study table) & sip every few minutes or so
