Just go to snopes and paste it in to the "Search" screen.

It's really simple: You cannot "win" a lottery you never entered.

If you try to claim your "prize", you will find yourself out a fair-to-medium sum for "processing fees" for a huge prize which never arrives.

If you didn't enter the lottery, you didn't win. If you respond to the email, they want your bank account number or they want you to cash a check for them. If you cash the check for them, your bank will want you to replace the funds later on. If you give them your bank account number, well, I wished you'd just send me the cash. At least you would know how to find me.

Microsoft is NOT in the contest business. You can't get something for nothing.

It is just another of 1000's of SCAMS that we all get at one time or another. Just delete it. It is bogus.
