anorexia is when someone starves themselves purposely (denies themselves food and doesn't eat). If you eat regularly - then you are not anorexic, you're just slim. By the way, to be 118 at 5'2 is not super small at all.
If you starve yourself for days or weeks, then yes.

Actually, anorexia is more of a mental illness than a physical one. That is, you could be a perfectly healthy weight (which you currently are, with a BMI of 21.6) but have an unhealthy view of yourself and dangerous eating habits. Your weight does not determine whether you are anorectic...it's the way you see yourself when you look in the mirror, along with the eating habits you choose based on that point of view.
You are a healthy weight. If you look in the mirror and see anything other than a slim, healthy individual, you could have an eating problem. You should talk to someone about this immediately!
If you'd like to GAIN weight, you can do so by lifting weights and taking in more calories.
If you're comfortable in your body and don't feel that your view of yourself is out of whack with reality, then relax!

if you're 14, you might not have hit your growth spurt, yet. Anorexia isn't categorized by being skinny, it's being drastically overly picky about food and unwilling to eat it. If you're not eating food, or being extremely picky and only eating very small amounts, than possibly. If you think you're anorexic b/c you're small, than most likely not. Some people have a fast metabolism. as long as you're eating enough food and not starving yourself to maintain your thin frame, you shouldn't have to worry. also, the medical guide for weight is as follows: 5 feet = 100 pounds. Every inch over that is another 5-7 pounds. In which case, you're ok.... BUT, like i said, if you're not eating so you can stay that small, than you might have a problem.

Anorexia is a disease that causes you to not eat because of a distorted body image. If you do not eat properly because you think you are fat or if when you do eat you feel guilty and feel you have to exercise maniacally to burn off the food, then you may be anorexic and you should talk to your doctor if you want help. Anorexic isn't just another word for skinny.

You would know if you were anorexic. It is a mental disease. Do you eat? Do you feel guilty after you eat when you do? Do you do an immense ammount of exercise? Do you still think your fat? Do some reading up on it.

Whether or not you are anorexic or not is not based on your age, height, or weight. It is based on whether or not you eat. If you go day without eating then you are anorexic. If you eat everyday then you aren't anorexic. And trust me you don't want to be anorexic. It is absolutely disgusting. The things it does to your body is revolting.

You sound healthy to me. Unless you're having body issues. 14 is a time when you start comparing yourself to others around you. Please don't fall for those stick-like models and their image of beauty. Just eat healthy and stay active. You're still growing, hon. Don't let the scale measure your beauty.

No, I don't think so. I'm the same height, weight, and age as you and I think it's a good weight.
Anorexia is when you think your fat and you won't eat anything, it's a disease.
