Is anyone really good at Croatian?

Can someone please translate these for me? I don't understand it very well.

Debatu o lingvistici i prevodu je moguce voditi opcenito, cak i o ovom konkretnom slucaju, no ako niste zadovoljni nekom TV mrezom ili pojedinim prevodiocima, mislim da ovdje nije bas najbolje mjesto za tu vrstu diskusije.

Cak i u zemljama gdje je siroka granica izgradjivanja javne uspomene bila mnogo vise sagledana,istorijske interpretacije u okviru ukupne populacije ili razlicitih podgrupa ce se nastaviti razlikovati.

Kada to nije bilo moguce provesti tada, iluzorno je pa cak i glupo ocekivati da spomenuta politika ima izgleda na uspjeh u danasnjim okolnostima.

The debate about linguistics and translations is possible to lead ___, even in this particular case, but if you're not satisfied with a TV net ( or station, I'm not sure) or individual interpreters, I don't think that this is the best place for that type of discussion.
