Yes because of the caffein content but drinks containing citrus sodas such as Sundrop available in NC has effects on the nervouse system and make people "grouchy" or easy to irritate.

a study shows that it can cause mood swings if your not use to drinking it but lets say you drink maybe a little every day than it would not phase you that much. Now if you had just had one i lets say a few years than yeah it would have an effect on you.

Yes it can. With all the sugar and caffine in it, it will first give you a energy burst the a let down when this has worn off.This is even more so in small childern.
