Excel Error: "Complie Error in Hidden Module"?

Hello everyone!

I'm getting the above error everytime I open or close Microsoft Excel. When I open Excel, the above error message also includes: "AutoExecNew". When I close Excel, the above message alos includes: "DistMon".

While this is not effecting anything, it is EXTREMEY annoying.

Any thoughts as to what the problem is?

I think it is because some files in the installation might be corrupt.
Try repairing your office. Here's how:

open any other office application like word or excel.
click on "help"
click Detect and repair and check only the first box and click start.
after its done restart your comp.

Before you do it, make sure you have your original installation disk!
