Not counting the joke that was ME(which was released around the same time as 2000) the only mainstream OS from Microsoft was Windows Media Center 2005, which was actually just another release of Windows XP Media Center Edition with improved hardware support. There have however been a number of specialized releases. For instance the Windows Server lineup which is just versioned with the year it was released. There's also the Windows Mobile lineup as well as the XBox/360 operating systems and Azure.
