I weigh 205 pounds right now. And I want to be around 125 by July. That gives me something like 9 months to do it. So I think if I lose about 2.5 punds a week I can do it. Is this healthy? I'm eating regular meals, and I'm starting to walk about 2 hours a night. Does anyone think this is possible for me?

go to ur nutrienest and get a plan or eat healthy and remember its quality not quanity. Like substitute chips for carrots, eat baked foods not fried, raw vegies and fruit, instead of lots of red meat u can eat peamuts and fish or beans for protein, drink cold water, no soda, stay away from white bread and sugar, go low carb, shop for your food at like Henrys. Ex. Breakfast: 1 slice of whole wheat toast a banana(fruit) maybe some low fat peach yogurt and milk.

Lunch: some wraps Ex: turkey and cheese wrapped in lettuce. No mayo. Dinner Ex:?
ohh you can try to eat like five small meals a day so that you don't over eat. Ex: ur Breakfast
A snack (peanuts/grapes)
Lunch u can split into to 1 wrap then an hour go by thn u can finish the other wrap or whatever.
then another little snack(this time vegetables) 10 baby carrots.
Then a good dinner: moderation and make sure that you don't over do it. no fattening junk stuff.
For Excercise: Swim
Powerwalk
sit ups
Gym
after you start getting used to the routine
EX:100 situps(20 each rep)
30 min power walk
1hr swimming
and 30min gym workout.

Then you extend it Ex:now
125 situps
45 min power walk
swimming uhhh ???
30 min gym add weights for arms and thighs etc

I hope this helps u many kids are struggling with weight
i'm glad that u want to change yours.May you suceed.
remember don't over do the exercise. do one of thesse exercise a day. or you can combine swimming and gym
or swimming with walking. Have one days worth of rest to let your body heal cause you can over work it.
Use common sense. if this helps keep me updated
and once u see results u should do a recreational sport to keep fit.

I determined the booklet to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however by and large) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight maintains flying off. It naturally works and if I'd adopted it precisely I believe it might scare the residing daylights out of me given that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the know-how. I've not ever bought whatever like this earlier than given that they're traditionally filled with trash, however 3WD has been a nice shock. Get began at present!

Yes 2.5 would be a healthy way to do it but don't get discouraged if you don't always lose that much a week, some weeks you will have more and some less, but make sure you get lots of fruits and veggies in and drink plenty of water. strive to walk at a brisk pace. The faster you walk the more calories burned and it could be a goal to steadily increase that pace a little each week..Good Luck. If you are able to you might want to try WWW.weightwatchers.com

Absolutely.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.

Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

Hope that helps.

Yes, your exercise routine is perfectly healthy. Also, if you just put your mind to your routine, then you should reach your goal by July 2007, or the late 2007/early 2008 at the latest.

TAEBO is so much fun, you don't even KNOW you are exercising!!

Yes, it is possible.
You think about it, and when you
MAKE UP YOUR MIND TO DO IT-------YOU WILL.
BUT! You HAVE to make up your mind -get SET on it!
Then NOTHING--ABSOLUTELY NOTHING will keep you from it.

There was a 'Weigh Down' class at my church.
A lady who attended it told me that you eat what you are craving, just NOT MUCH, because that's what your body needs.

That helped me immensely!! I have kept that in my head ever since she told me that, to watch HOW MUCH I eat of WHAT I CRAVE,..It made so much sense to me.

Anyway, yes, you can do it--We'll believe it together.
