From past experience I would suggest that your bad skin may be down to your diet and instead of trying to get vitamins in your face cream you should try and get more into your diet!!
In terms of a face care regime you need to cleanse, tone and moisturise every day but on top of this i would recommend exfoliating particularly in the winter when our skin gets drier twice a week or more if neccessary. A face peel is also a good idea once of twice a week it just gives your face a better chance!!!
I too have oily skin and would recommend the garnier blue range the foaming wash is excellent and the mosituriser (A zone) is amazing the toner it this range is good however I sometimes use the neutrogena (All clear) one which have found to be amazing!!!
Look at your diet first try and increase consumption of fruit and vegtabes and drink more water it may seem obvious but so few people drink the 8 glasses that we are recommended to drink!!!
Good luck i hope your skin glows very soon!!!!

If you have break outs, oily skin or uneven tones, you need to start taking the steps to heal and revitalize your skin. After years of research and proven results, holistic health care professionals along with a Doctor of Pharmacology have perfected a skin care system that reverses the effects of damaged skin and even helps with aging skin. You say you need a serious regimen? Then this system can gently remove old, dead skin cells, then cleanse deep within your pores to heal and nourish your new, youthful skin. Your final step is to moisten and protect with the nutrient enriched moisturizer.
Your Skin Needs Nutrients Too! The system use only the purest botanicals and medicinal plant extracts our formulas are packed with the most effective healing ingredients available. The skin is like a mirror for what is going on inside your body, which is why people who eat healthy usually have healthy, glowing skin. Well it's the same with products you use. As your skin absorbs the product, it is looking for nutrients to use. Some people would even go as far as saying if you wouldn't eat it, don't put it on your skin, because the skin will absorb it into your body's system. The point is, just like food, you need to use products that have value - nutritional value for the skin. The Three Step SKin Care System is formulated with healing nutrients that provide your skin with optimum value. You can read more about this here - http://zenmed.com/?a=4789&x=click
