Question???? again?

so...there's this 9th grader that i like....i'm in 7th grade...he's kind of like my friend or something....or actually he was...until these two kids in my class somehow found out that I like him...then they told him....he used to do all these funny things and he would talk to me and stuff but now he just stopped....I miss talking to him as much...not because I like him but because he was nice to me...does anyone have any ideas on how to get him to talk to me as friends again???

Why don't you approach him when you know his friends aren't going to be around. And tell him what you just told us. Just because you liked him doesn't mean you like him as you would like a boyfriend. You may just like him to talk with. Men and women think very differently when it comes to hanging out with the opposite sex. My ex-boyfriend told me if a man wants to talk with a woman, there is usually more of a reason then to just be friends. But if a woman talks with a man, its different. And he would tell me it took him years to figure this out.
Maybe his friends are giving him a hard time and he doesn't want to deal with them. Or maybe he likes you too, and is afraid to say something. Now that he knows you may like him he is going to run away from his feelings.
Most guys won't say they like you unless they know there not going to be shot down.
I would just talk with him and find out what is going on. Maybe he is just busy? Or if he has a girlfriend, maybe she found out and told him it made her feel uncomfortable that you guys hang out all the time?
