Unfortunately not. The only way to open publisher files on a Mac is to install Windows and MS Publisher.

Publisher can save the file as a publishing industry standard type, such as PDF so ask whomever created this file in the first place to save it as PDF.

Not that I'm aware of. Best way would be to convert the file to something usable using MacLink.
