Read about it. There are toms of reilable sources out there. Maybe you could talk to someone you know who claims to be a psychic (though they could be a fake, and might not know anything).

You either are or you aren't, you can't discover more to being one. I don't believe there are actual psychics but that there are people who have a born ability of a heightened sixth sense or intuition.

there are many books out about it, and contrary to what the nay-sayers say, it is real.
the people who say there are no such thing, are simply jealous that they have found themselves incapable of such things.
its kinda sad that they don't allow themselves such things.
