i am 19, 5ft 9. weigh about 13stones been fighting my weight ever since i was small. lost majority of it but then had loose skin at the age of 16 however i kept it up was super fit use to do 2mile runs every evening and so on. however when i was doing my a-levels i stoped exercising due to alot of work that had to be done for a-levels. i pilled about 2-3stones which i dont know why my body likes fat. went to india for 6weeks lost a stone and ive been going jogging in the park every mornings and then off to uni then to my grandma's house just to help me uncle do there house up and now i feel really really tired and now i cant even go to the park to do my jogging because im soo tired. and why does my body like fat sooo much? its like i cant get away from the fat. pissing me right off. one thing that pissed me off even more was when i saw a mate of mines who was fat and then went skinny as a stick withing 4months. not fair at all.!!!!

I ALSO DO TAKE OMEGA MULTI-VITAMIS FROM TESCOS. I GET UP AT 7. GO TO THE PARK AT 8AM. THEN HAVE SOME SCRABBLED EGG WITH SOME JUICE OR TEA AND THEN I EAT LUNCH AROUND 12 WHICH WOULD BE A SANDWHICH WITH A CHOCOLATE BAR AND I HAVE MY DINNER AROUND 5PM. I DONT EAT ANYTHING AFTER 6PM.

Well, you've been doing your exercises all right. That's for sure. But you didn't say anything about your eating habits. You certainly won't lose much if you don't watch what you eat. And "the fat" will come right back once you stop or take a break from your exercising.

You also didn't indicate if you've already consulted a doctor about your weight problem. It is possible that you have some rare disorder or condition that somehow results to your easily getting fat.

Bless your heart, I hear the frustration in your words and I feel how much pain this is causing me. I want you to calm down and relax, the stress that you are causing yourself over this just adds to the problem and is not good for you.
Now, having said that, I will answer your questions.
When was the last time that you went to the doctor and had a complete physical along with the proper blood work that should be done? I feel very certain that you will find the answer to your problems there. It sounds to me like you almost certainly are hypothyroid. In other words for some reason your thyroid gland is not working appropriately. IF that is the problem, taking the right amount of thyroid hormone will cause you to lose weight, seemingly without trying. You will also have tons more energy. Even if your thyroid gland is not the problem the doctor needs to keep looking. He should check your human growth hormone. Most people think that only children need HGH but it is important for adults and the lack of it causes fatigue and weight gain.
There are other hormones and things that are produced by your pituitary gland that control your metabolism and they need to be evaluated.
I feel quite cetain that a full assessment of your blood work will show the reason for your inability to lose weight efficiently and also the reason for your fatigue. Do not let this make you depressed. That too is a side effect of the kind of deficiency I am speaking of.
Please do make an appointment with a good doctor, one whose opinion and skill you have faith in.
I am sure you will be much happier once you have the results.

Q:1 Why you get tired? Okay, let me me put it very simple. You need energy to do work. So, you feel tired when your body and mind complex has less of it. In Indain science it is called Prana. Prana had different functions at different levels. At subtle level it energizes your subtle body. So, in order to increase store of Prana your breathing needs to be improved. So, if you see if you do any execrcise you take more breath and store this enegry. But, storing is possible if that energy breath is also assimilated in your body mind complex. That happens due to an element called agni/fire which increases during exercise or after you eat food (and it gets digested). So, if possible try to learn breathing techniques. But, before that take some hot ginger tea or water. And then try to do breathing exercise. It will increase store of energy i your body mind complex. Otherwise, you will feel exhausted, your interest will be lost in life adn all activities and finally it can lead to depresssion and many problems oif mind.

Why put weight quickly? The mind has tendency to always remain in happy state. That is why in sleep also if you have uncomforatble position it will adjust the body. So, it will trigger wrong signals to you to eat food of particular taste say chips, drink cola, etc. so that it will feel happy. But, if the food that is eaten is not getting digested then it will create toxins in the body and that will decrase fire in your stomach ( that digestive power is weakened, you feel less hungry). So, as the food is not getting digested it is accumulated in gross/physical body and you increase weight. But, if that food is converted properly into Ojas (essence os food that you eat) then your mind will be happy and feel comfortable. Then it will ot fgive a wrong indication to eat food. So, one way you keep on eating food and it is not getting converted and reaching the place where it is supposed to reach and also the toxins are getting generated in your body and mind. So, your body minds energy is wasted only ot clean it and hence it feels exhausted and the loop starts.

Now, how to break it. As I said do breathing execises or any exercise as much possible. Take Bach flower remedy, triphala churna. Change lifestyle : eat less and at regular interval, sleep appropriately (early and get up early also). You can follow any diet plan but make sure that mind should be happy otherwise it will give some trouble. you get tired becuase whebn you use yuor muscles they produce something called lutanic acid or smthing like dat. Then when they produce it it sorta parylizes that muscle. What you should do is try a different exersice using a muscle that doesnt have lutanic acid in it yet. Oh and try going to the gym once in a while or don't eat from all those yucky fast food restrants and start being a man and get some exersie! yea!

The reason that it's hard for you to loose weight because it's your diet. You can't just exercise and expect to loose weight just like that. And the way you can gain more energy is to eat fruit. Fruit gives you a lot of energy. The way you can loose weight is don't eat between meals, and don't eat after 7:00. If you do this for about a month I can guarantee you'll see the difference.

Try adding a protein supplement to your diet like people who work out do. Your body should use this for a lot of energy allowing you to retain some weight from food. Alternately, try Casein protein at night so you don't lose weight as you sleep (casein is absorbed slowly and will counteract the effect of fasting throughout the night)

Have you ever been tested for hypothyroidism? It is a simple blood test. If you do it just means that your body process calories a lot slower than it's suppose to so as a result more of the calories are transformed into fat instead of muscle and energy. I would recommend getting tested. They could give you a medicine to speed up your body's metabolism.

sounds like your thyroid. have you had your thyroid level checked? also ask the doctor to check the size of you thyroid if it is enlarged it is working too hard; and this is not a good thing. The thyroid is your metabolism and if it is not operating or functioning properly you will gain fat. It aids in the burning of fat and if it isn't working well .. you get fat. the symptoms are fatigue or being tired ...
