A witch was not an evil person. In more primitive times, she was more like a medicine woman who looked for herbs and plants to heal people. Witches had a leading role in their societies as they sought out what was good for people. When Christianity came along, it looked down on these women, because it was felt that women should be subservient to the patriarchal leaders of the Church. The 'christian witch' concept was started because some people prefer the 'trendiness' of wicca, but they don't want to piss off the angry, jealous christian god and end up in hell. I think it's rather silly, but then again, I think all religions are rather silly-but, I still say live and let live...

I suppose, if someone says they are a christian witch, then they are. It's the same way christianity, islam, and all the other religions work if you think about it.

It depends on how people look at this label and the word "witch". Witch has a positive meaning called pharmaceutic which derives from pharmacy. We all know that the pharmacy brings forth some positive medicines for our health benefits partially but the christian side help also thur prayer to God and as our ultimate healer. IMO, I have never heard of an christian witch but it can bring forth no harm if God is the primary priority.

well there is but christians and ppl who hate witches say no.
See for example, people can mix christanity and wicca/witchraft in a variety of ways. Your personal deity could be the lady of guadaluope or mary. White prayer candles work nicely too. Bontanicas are great places to shop. Holy water is used a lot too. And many witches/wiccans go to church. I am a retired catholic and wiccan and I'm telling the truth. THERE ARE WITCHES WHO ARE CHRISTIAN. Hi pangel and mira i talked to you b4

No, there is no such thing as a Christian witch.

Just because people say something doesn't make it true.

Truth is not found by listening to what others say. You will find the Truth by reading the Bible.

Yes, there is such a thing as a Christian witch. All it means is that you incorporate the teachings of Jesus in your practice.Don't listen to the other people who say you can't be a Christian and a witch. They are completely ignorant of what actual modern witchcraft entails.

There are people who say they are, and who am I to dispute them. But I believe the two are mutually exclusive.
I don't think pagans in general would be bothered so much by people who make those claims but I have a feeling most Christians would be pretty irked.
