I always wake up with my alarm clock, but my body just does NOT want to move. Sometimes I lay there for an hour and a half trying to motivate myself to get up. There's gotta be some way easy way to get out of bed. Somebody please enlighten me.

I would recommend putting your alarm clock somewhere else. If it's right next to your bed it is too easy to just lay there and keep hitting the snooze button or just turn it off all together. If it's across your room you have to get up to turn it off and then you can just stay up and start your day. It worked for me. I am not a morning person and I hate getting up early.

I find that the easiest way to get my body going in the AM is to start by wiggling first a finger, then a toe, then a hand, arm, leg etc. until my body is awake. Then while still in bed, start stretching gently. Bring your knees up to your chest, stretch your arms over your head. When you have felt you have got all parts mobile, GET OUT OF BED sideways, hooking your knees over the edge of the bed. The longer you use a snooze alarm or lie there, the harder it becomes. Now, after practicing this for a few months, I get up without using a snooze button.

Try going to bed at the same time every night. Maybe you aren't getting the full 8 hours most adults need. Maybe you need to hit the hay a little earlier. Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed. No one likes to get up in the morning. But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Try puuting an alarm clock all the way across the room... Make sure it's a loud one! Then, you have to get up to shut it off. And if it's a sound that annoys you, well, that will motivate you even more. ;^)
Otherwise, is there something that just drives you insane unless you do it? For example, when I wake up in the morning, my face is very oily, and it makes me very annoyed unless I go wash it...

here-- STEP 1A: get a superLOUD alarm clock with an alarm you just CANNOT stand. (NOT a music alarm clock!!!) then, put it across your room, where you cant reach the plug or clock. STEP 2A: when you go to bed, put something heavy and large (like a folding chair, or a music stand, or an instrument case) next to your bed. STEP 1B:when your alarm goes off, it will make you have to go out of bed to turn it off. STEP 2B:but before you go to turn it off, FORCE yourself to put the object next to your bed on your bed so you cant get back in. you may not have to do the second step. but i do... hope this helps..

drink a cold glass of water when you wake up - it will stimulate your bowels and you'll have to get up to use the bathroom.
