How about you try Photoshop? Sounds like that is what you are looking for. Hope you have a couple hundred to spend on it though. It's not a cheap program. But it's a good program.

many free versions are available on net , just browse in any search engine like google or other giving keywords like 'photoshop software'.you can directly down load from it . some good sites provide for pay you can opt it also.
