um okay...first of all unless you've been in a desfiguring car accident or something...no one needs plastic surgery. Sencond of all ...one con is : YOU CAN ALWAYS TELL!!! your nose Will look like plastic. A person I know had it done..and it just looks micheal jackson fake! But I guess the pros are if it helps your self confindence? But I'd skip the nose job honey.

Pro: you'll probably like your nose better, after all, that's why people go do it

Con: I've never gotten any surgery, but I can imagine that a nose lift would be expensive, painful, take a long time to heal, have possible health side affects, and you might not like the end result

It isnt any safer to get a nosejob done at age 18 than it is at age 38. But.. I strongly discourage it. It costs a lot of money, you run serious health risks, and people will think you've gone nuts! You're probably the only one who thinks you have a problem with your nose. You have so much life ahead of you, how about just waiting? In the long run,I'm sure you will be glad if you don't get this done.

nah at 18 you shouuld wait your body is still chaning a bit also your nose is one part of your body that does not stop growing along with your ears so hence if you were to get a nose job at 18 then in about 10 years it would proply look just a little werid since your nose will continously keep growing

I had a big honker of a nose. Having it fixed really helped me socially and greatly effected my ability to get better jobs. On the minus side, it was painful.
