How do I get my Assistant manager to take charge of team training in Football Manager 2007? In previous editions i've gone on the manager - options screen and the options just been there under the assistant manager but i cant find that box to tick. Anyone help?

Click on your name and go down to options. On that page you can assign training to your assistant manager.

I don't think Pat Rice is a yes man, he';s Arsenal through and through and will be after Wengers gone. Tony Adams hasn't set the world of managment alight yet , and maybe never will.Arsenals too big a club for him right now. I was happy enough to see Pat Rice play for us when I was a kid,and I'm happy enough to see him sitting next to Wenger now.
