i don't like those crapy websites. i need a software program that is not crappy or complicated like dreamweaver or frontpage

Good, free and easy. Is that all? Shouldn't it also fetch you coffee and whisper SEO secrets in your ear? If dreamweaver is too hard you are in for some disappointment.

dreamweaver is actually one of the best and easiest programs to use, minus its price tag. if you think dreamweaver is difficult maybe you shouldnt be designing web pages to begin with.

There are tons of free tutorials and tools on the net. Try, http://www.sailcat.com/freewaremain.htm for starters. Then you can ,Google, " website design freeware" and look at a lot more.
