It sounds like a quasigoth trinket. It probably could be used for a spell, but it doesn't sound like anything on record; however, the beauty of magick is its ability to be molded.

it means you found a ring someone lost, if its really silver it might be worth some money...otherwise it's a piece of junk from spencers
