I don't think it is wrong. I wear hip hugger jeans all the time and I am Christian. If that is how you like to dress then so be it! There is nothing wrong with styling your hair or wearing make up if you are a Christian.

If she is comfortable wearing clothes likethat then what does religion have to do with it? Someone's given you the wrong idea that christians are unstylish , which is totally not true.
It also depends on what your version of ' christianity ' is.
When I was younger, (I am a Christian but not evnagelical fundamentalist) I used to wear mini skirts, hot pants, hip hugger jeans. It was the style then , nobody said oh she 's not Christian wearing those type of clothes, however my behaviour demonstrated who I was and what I believed more so than my attire. Be real , be authenic, live your principles and values .
People nowadays are so quick to label anything and anyone who is different from them as bad or wrong without getting know the person. It's becoming apparent that many people nowadays are just very shallow as human beings. And that's sad because you're missing out on meeting people because you hide behind your judgments and ' quasi' superiority.

You must be putting your god first and your neighbour as yourself. if someone is trying to say to you that any of your style they consider is inappropriate , even if you do not agree, you should make an effort to listen to their expression without becoming defensive. yes you are free to dress any way you want but some styles of dress are inappropriate.

A man should also dress modestly.
I think that how a woman dresses, gets talked about more because there is a lot more provocative styles for women.
And man seem to be more easily tempted than a woman (although it might be that men just talk about it more than women. What do women think about this?)

No, I am GLAD that christian girls wear make up and dress nice and look pretty. Just make sure the look is not seductive. If you dress in a seductive manner, you spoil your testimony for christ and make the boys stumble.
