The cheeseburger meal would have regular fries and a regular Coke, as opposed to a Big Mac with nothing but water to wash it down.

Which would be healthier? I know fast food is (in general) unhealthy, but which one is the lesser evil?

Cheeseburger meal, hands down.

Big Mac - 560 calories, 30 grams of fat
Cheeseburger meal - 910 calories, 33 grams of fat

Want a lesser evil? Get the Asian Salad with grilled chicken and use the low-fat balsalmic vinaigrette - 330 calories, 12 grams of fat, and a whole lot less guilt.

According to the McDonalds web site, the Big Mac has 560 calories. The cheeseburger has 310, medium fries 380, and medium Coke 210. That adds up to 900 calories!

I would say the Big mac itself as the fries in the cheeseburger meal have quite a lot of fat and salt in them.

In all Mcdonalds there are leaflets telling you the specific calories of the food that they sell.

i would say take the cheesburger, but instead of a larger value meal, eat a small fry and get some water
