I mean how necessary does a human to consume sugar? "Sugar" here means sweetener.. What is the minimal dose of sugar (sweetener) to keep us alive, and keep us healthy?

You don't need sugar because everything you eat becomes sugar.

Humans do not require sugar to survive. We do require carbohydrates, which your body breaks down into sugars.

We survived millions of years without cane sugar or corn syrup as sweeteners.

You need sugar, but your body gets all it needs from fruits and veggies and carbs that break down into sugar. SO no extra sugar and you are good!

there is sugar in fruit so i guess the min is a serving of fruit

i think you cant diabetics need to keep their blood sugar up to stay alive so i think we do
