Does anyone else think this cosmetic surgery has gone to far?
The picture alone grosses me out.

Just because we can do something doesn't mean we should...and this latest cosmetic surgery technique is just another way in which people who are fundamentally unhappy with themselves can shell out big bucks to look like the "beautiful" people they see on TV and in magazines. So shallow...oops gotta go, time for my botox injection.

Ugh. I totally agree. Its disgusting to me, really. Can't people just be happy with what they've got?

it's craziness...the frightening thing about it, is that they need to be trimmed...picture that!
