If you said you were in love with someone and they did not response ecstatically that they love you too, then I would guess that they are not at that level in your relationship that you are. If you know this person quite awhile and you feel it would have been appropriate to receive the same response, then I would seriously have a sit-down with myself and back track over the relationship---and if you received NO response to the I love you, I would walk away and move on----sorry.

Well if i don't know you, I would think it's kinda surprising and freaky at the same time. You have to be friends and show that you really care about someone without going overboard.
