First, be sure you eat a healthy diet. Next, be sure to get enough physical exercise. After that, genetics come into play and you will be as tall as you were meant to be.
Please don't obsess about your height. I'm guessing you are the 14 year old boy, and I want you to relax. Some young men hit growth spurts at different stages in their life. Some hit a growth spurt in their late teens. I knew someone who grew an inch and a half between 22 and 23. We are all individuals.
The most important thing is not the size of your physical frame, but the size of your heart and your talent, whether that be academically or with something technical. Just be the best person you can possibly be, and regardless of how tall you might grow, you will be a giant among men.

Dear friend,
You should be more worried with your English language than with your height. Physical growth is a natural thing. Nobody can stop it. So, stop worrying about your height & start learning English. It is horrible.
What if you are 6' 4" & can't speak a word in English.
Even if you are 5'2" & if your English is good, it's better.

There is nothing that you can do, but to keep a healthy diet, stay fit, and just hope. Your height is determined by your genetics so there is nothing you as a 14 year old can do about growing taller, but if you stay healthy then everything should work out.

naps. sleep stimulates the release of growth hormones. secretions starts 15mins of the sleep and peaks at 2 hours. so if you could take two 2hour naps a day aside from your regular 8 hour sleep then that would be a significant help.
furthermore, a good nutrition shouldn't be ignored - multi vitamins, 8 glasses of water per day, a glass of milk, etc
i know some might say your genes will play an important factor but i think my suggestions would be a great help than doing nothing.
have fun growing up!
