Hello, I want to go to the gym and work out a couple times a week with no extra programs or trainers or anything cheaply. I called bally's and they want 20/month but they have a bunch of extra stuff and i don't know what the signup fee is. any recommendations? in florida thanks

Golds gym its only 30 dollars a month! or there is areal nice one in Homestead FL...new YMCA!!

bally's is good. i know the 20.00 is only to go 3x aweek and you get to pick them there. i instead got one for 29.00 a month. i find it best. i can go when ever i want. the first month i paid $50.00 and after that month i always pay the 29.00 ( for 3 years) i think this is the cheaper plan. i live in los angeles though. just try asking wha are the cheaper ones and cheaper than those cheaper ones. they will come up with something since they want you to enroll. also they offer free classes, dancing classes, youga, and other great stuff. good luck.

Check out your local YMCA. They are often relatively cheap and have programs to meet the needs of almost anyone.

$20 a month is cheap, i pay 35/month for la fitness....but its really nice compared to ballys

you can find a small, locally owned gym...or start a home gym, if you have the space get a bowflex, I swear by it.
