have a spot so you can see who's online and whos not? Or like if you click on someones info it should say on or off line? I mean what's the point of even trying to IM someone or even try to axchange views on a topic or answer if you don't know if the person is there?

Wow its funny you ask because I sent an email to them today saying that there should be like a green or red dot or something to signify if people are on or offline. I think it'd be a cool idea, I hope they take us up on it. And I'm not thinking just Y! Messenger, but just the Answers avitars as well. Maybe they go to black and white when they are offline or something?

I agree with your point, but I don't use Yahoo Messenger. And this didn't belong in this category at all.

I don't have yahoo messenger, so that may have something to do with it. I should get it once I get my computer up and running again.
