are you involved with Christian Aid? can you help?!?

i need to know how Christian Aid gets ordinary people to help??
can anyone explain how Christian Aid encourages ordinary people to become involved in their work and what they encourage them to do to help?? plz help! :)

Christian AIDS? you mean where christians go to Africa and tell them to abstian from sex so they will get AIDS later on?
